Whether you have technical concerns or simply changed your mind, our dedicated support team is here to assist with your exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your DrDrone account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the drone and all original accessories, manuals, and batteries into the original manufacturer's packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's flight logs and physical condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
