What is the average shipping time for new drones?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Expedited 2-day shipping is available at checkout for urgent missions.
Do all drones come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, every drone sold at DrDrone includes a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
What is your return policy for opened equipment?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Please note that opened drones must be in like-new condition and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee if the flight controller has been activated.
Do I need a license to fly the drones you sell?
It depends on the weight and your intended use. Drones over 250g require FAA registration for recreational use, while any commercial use requires a Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate.
Are batteries included with every purchase?
All our drone kits include at least one intelligent flight battery. 'Fly More' combos typically include three batteries and a multi-port charging hub.
